Chocolate Crackles are a family favourite! Try making them with the kids these school holidays. They are super easy to make, even for the little ones.
- 4 cups KELLOGG’S Rice Bubbles
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 250g copha, chopped
Step 1 In a large bowl, mix the Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, cocoa & coconut.
Step 2 Slowly melt the copha in a saucepan over a low heat.
Step 3 Allow to cool slightly.
Step 4 Add to Rice Bubbles mixture, stirring until well combined.
Step 5 Spoon mixture into paper patty cases and refrigerate until firm.
