We have come up with some of our favourite family picnic spots in Brisbane and shared them with you below. Pack a picnic of your favourite foods and head to one of these spots with your family.  Bring cushions, blankets, some fun games to play and settle in for a relaxing and quality day with your family.

New Farm Park

Here you will find a fabulous kids playground and wonderful spots to have a nice family picnic.  If you head there on a Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday each month) you could even purchase your picnic supplies from the delectable New Farm farmers markets.

The Wynnum/Manly Foreshore

The Wynnum/Manly Foreshore has everything. Located on Wynnum Esplanade, From Wynnum to Manly to Lota.  Walk out the stress of the week just been or bring the bikes and have a family bike-ride along the foreshore before settling down for a delicious picnic lunch in the sun while you take in the beautiful views of Moreton Bay

Daisy Hill Conservation Park, Brisbane

This beautiful picnic spot is well suited for those families who want to spend the entire day out in nature. There are five walking tracks, lots of trees to spot Koala’s in as well as an abundance of picnic areas where you can sit down and relax amongst the gum trees.
