2018! Can you believe that we are here already? I know it sounds cliché, but I was thinking about New Year Resolution Ideas. Particularly regarding what I want to keep and what I would like to achieve for my health, wellbeing and all around success in 2018. I have come up with the following ten ideas that I have shared below.

- Drink more water
- Go sugar-free
- Cut out dairy products or even better … Go vegan!
- Look up at the stars once in a while – it’s great for adding perspective!
- De-clutter your home one room at a time
- Donate items that you don’t need to charity
- Start a canned goods box and add 1 item a month to it that you can give to charity next Christmas time
- Start an achievable and consistent exercise regime
- Start a guided meditation practice
