New Year Resolution Ideas | Centenary Nannies and Babysitters

2018! Can you believe that we are here already? I know it sounds cliché, but I was thinking about New Year Resolution Ideas. Particularly regarding what I want to keep and what I would like to achieve for my health, wellbeing and all around success in 2018. I have come up with the following ten ideas that I have shared below.

  1. Drink more water
  2. Go sugar-free
  3. Cut out dairy products or even better … Go vegan!
  4. New Year Resolution Ideas

  5. Look up at the stars once in a while – it’s great for adding perspective!
  6. De-clutter your home one room at a time
  7. Donate items that you don’t need to charity
  8. Start a canned goods box and add 1 item a month to it that you can give to charity next Christmas time
  9. Start an achievable and consistent exercise regime
  10. Start a guided meditation practice
